Double Glazing
We offer our East Anglia customers a large range of triple or double windows, both of which will help to secure your home further. Our windows can be customised exactly to your tastes and standards. Our windows can be made from uPVC or aluminium in a variety of different styles. Each offers a variety of benefits such as low-maintenance, security and thermal efficiency.
Double Glazed Windows and Doors
Norfolk Installations provide a supply only and/or supply and fit service for all uPVC products including windows, doors, conservatories, porches, cladding, roofline and other uPVC double glazed products. All with excellent service and after sales care. We also supply and install Aluminium Double Glazed Windows and Doors in East Anglia. All of our double glazed products meet the latest Government Window Energy Rating and we are members of the Thermal Ratings Register and FENSA. We have completed installations throughout East Anglia. Homes all over the region are safer and more energy efficient with our uPVC products.

We have been supplying and installing Upvc windows for 20 years and have seen the market change greatly. What was once a product to keep out the cold has transformed into a way to totally change the look of a property. Most importantly the white upvc profile used today is lead free and gone are the days of it loosing its shine or turning pink. Colour is the new norm with more windows than ever being sold in a variety of coloured foils and finishes. Grey is the new white and is particularly popular on modern homes, now it is available in a smooth finish without the grain to mimic the look of aluminium windows.

uPVC doors ensure that your home stays warm, quiet and secure. With a 10 year guarantee on materials and workmanship you can always be confident that your investment is safe as well as your home being secure. Known for their build quality, security and energy efficiency, they also come in a wide range of colours to ensure a perfect match with your windows. Whether you’re just in need of a supply only service, or if you’d like everything to be taken care of, Norfolk Installations can help. We install doors on a daily basis for our customers. We pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship and our skilled team members are polite and courteous, always treating your home with respect during the entire window and door fitting process.

Windows – Doors
Firstly, there’s the obvious energy-saving element. The extra layer of insulation helps keep warm air from escaping, taking some of the workload involved with heating your house off your boiler. This increase in energy efficiency saves you money on energy bills and makes your house more eco friendly, preparing you for the winter and reducing your carbon footprint in one investment. Then, there’s extra security. Double glazed windows are a hell of a lot harder to smash than single glazed windows, making it much more difficult for anyone trying to break into your house and giving you that peace of mind you can’t put a price on. And it’s not just burglars that are kept out either. The extra thickness reduces noise by up to 70% and stops water leaking in from the outside, helping to prevent warping, protect from rot and reduce the work you have to do in terms of upkeep. Remember, you’ll also be adding value to your home. Houses with double glazing are a much more attractive investment. Many of our customers like to get their back door and front door done at the same time as their windows, but this is completely your choice. Replacement windows aren’t the only way to achieve the benefits of double glazing. There are numerous different methods of insulating and protecting your home, including uPVC windows & doors, rooflines and secondary glazing. UPVC window frames are made from a strong, lightweight plastic that’s often used in construction. They are particularly good at helping keep water from leaking, whilst also adding to the thermal and acoustic benefits of double glazed windows. UPVC doors are far superior to traditional wooden doors in terms of their resilience to weather damage, making them a great low-maintenance investment for your home. They’re built to be resistant to termites, dust, dents and any other potential damage from the environment.
